We promised to update our last review of Perry’s Steakhouse, so here it is. The last time, we said we tried the signature pork chop. It is amazing! The chop was so thick that it looked like the kitchen had doubled my order by mistake. In fact, I even asked. Not only was the chop 2″ thick, it was prepared perfectly to temperature and was still as juicy as any chop I had ever eaten. The service was pretty spotty, though. My husband and I went a little after the lunch rush and it was pretty slow. Still, it took almost ninety minutes to be served. The waiter almost acted as if this was a regular occurrence. I might have been okay with a leisurely meal, but this was stupid slow and there wasn’t even so much as a visit from a manager, much less an apology. The same waiter also dumped ranch dressing down my back, ruining a sweater. Food: Good. Service: I’ll try them one more time and let you know.
