Frisco Star Café by Cindy G

The Frisco Star Café is a great choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My family (Husband, teenage football player and two pre-teen daughters) have been to this restaurant three times in the last two weeks. No matter what you’re looking for, you can’t miss.  We haven’t had anything bad. My girls both like the pancakes.  They come three huge pancakes to an order and a lot of them are really great, if not the healthiest choices. How about SMORES PANCAKES? Want some chocolate chip pancakes?  No problem. Other exceptional and unusual breakfast entrees include the Athens omelette. Lots of feta cheese, sautéed red peppers and olives. Lots of side choices, like hash browns, toast, pancakes or fruit. The orange juice is fresh-squeezed in a huge juicer, right out in the open. My son says that the huge cheeseburgers are more than enough for his giant man-boy appetite. On our last visit at dinner, I had chicken alfredo. It was a little heavy but really good. If there are two issues, they would be spotty service and prices that are slightly higher than some of the other restaurants that are similar. On the service front, it can take some time, depending on which server you get in the luck of the draw. Either way, it’s worth the drive from Prosper.
